My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street was a mixed experience. While the view from my room was stunning and the dining options were excellent. the service failed to meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. Arriving late at night, I was surprised to find no staff available to assist with my luggage, which set a disappointing tone for the beginning of my stay.

While the hotel had excellent features and amenities, I found the breakfast quality to be somewhat lacking considering the price. Overall, it was a luxurious experience worth every moment.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was a dream with Asprey London bath products. Anne Zhang, the Guest Recognition Manager, truly went above and beyond to make my stay special, providing thoughtful details like a city map with her notes. The Club Lounge, guided by the amazing manager Alex Lopez, was definitely the highlight of my stay, providing really good service and unique local insights. From the spacious rooms with gorgeous bathrooms to the friendly and helpful staff, I felt pampered throughout my visit.
